The retreat or the diet with Master Plants (commonly referred to as "dieta" in traditional medicine), is the most profound therpeutic tool of traditional Amazon medicine.

^{A space is created to enter in contact with nature and oneself. Time is dedicated to physical and mental purification to eliminate toxines on different levels. Our bodies accomulate them by food intake or unhealthy diets and lifestyles, and they block sensibility and perception. The process of dieta helps to eliminate them in order to reach an amplification of perception, thus gaining accsess to repressed emotions. It cleans and strengthens the body and fosters a connection with the sacred.}

^{It is a very sacred tool which we employ for finding deep-reaching solutions. This is made possible because in dieta, we can accsess information stemming directly from our soul.}

^{We come to an understanding of the movement of the soul. And here, on a psychoenergetic level, we can learn how to produce and the changes in consciousness and how to maintain them through integration. This is done in our vey own rhythm in our daily lives.}

Ancestral Ceremony of Purification

Temazcall

The Temazcall is a traditional ceremony with a history of more than 5000 years of practice. It belongs to the arsenal of knowledges of our people of the earth.

Called by different names, it is an antique form of the medicinal vapour bath.

It catalyses a profound process, flushing toxic information from our bodies and subconsciousness.

Through this method we can find healing, clarity and connection with our own nature.

In the sacred fire we heat up the stones for entering the sweat lodge.

Inside, with songs and prayers, we give thanks to life, to our ancestors and to present and future generations.

Carried out by Mallku Yerpun Solar, who has walked more than 20 years in this tradition.

Let us live a beautiful encounter on this weekend, an encounter with the roots of our earth, with our own memory, with our ancestors.

It will be a weekend of healing, learning and sharing.

With sistemic methods and shamanic tools belonging to ancestral wisdoms, we will come to a profoundness in understanding our conflicts in order to see with clarity the path of resolving.

We will find at Amazanga a unique space in nature which allows us to reconnect with our essential wisdom.

Epigenetically, we are in possession of all ancestral information. A lot of this information manifests itself in believes which guide us on repetitive paths in our lives. Becoming conscious of this entanglement allows us to decide making intentional active changes. A "before" and "after" is noticeable.
